Why does this websit exist?

There are many sites out there that talk about health and wellness.  Most of them are focused on a particular issue, such as diet or alternative medicine, but very few are looking at all aspects of health and many have a hidden agenda.

We are not here to sell you a product or service.

The primary purpose of this site is to share with you the many personal experiences we have had with health related issues, and the wealth of knowledge we have accumulated by researching many of these issues. 

Everything we are sharing with you is of course our personal opinion based on well-researched information, and there are absolutely no guarantees that everything will work the same for you as it did for us.  Good luck in your journey!
